About The Position

Custom Glass Solutions in Fostoria, OH is seeking Production Team Members to safely operate equipment and handle fabricated glass products for various customers and applications. This role requires an extremely perceptive individual capable of relating to employees at all levels. Production Team Members will operate manufacturing equipment, place glass into machinery, and package final products for customer delivery. The successful candidate must be sensitive to customer needs, corporate goals, and company reputation as unique situations arise. Requirements

Possess the ability to relate to employees at all levels
Ability to lift 30 – 70 lbs comfortably and consistently
Willingness to operate material handling equipment when needed, example forklift, pallet jack and power tools

Responsibilities

Safely operate equipment and handle fabricated glass products for various customers and applications
Operate all types of manufacturing equipment
Place glass into machinery
Package final product for customer delivery
Contribute to a team effort to accomplish production goals
Conduct all affairs with integrity
Work safely, promptly reporting any incidents, near misses, or unsafe conditions
Take initiative to learn new systems and processes, while drawing correlations between how equipment operates
Operate material handling equipment when needed, example forklift, pallet jack and power tools
