As a Production Team Member you will be responsible for performing fixturing and inspections to create a product exceeding customer satisfaction. Primary duties will include: Follow all safety policies and procedures to produce quality parts for our customers Report quality related problems to team members and team lead; and help troubleshoot issue. Read and interpret drawings Use standard measuring and inspection equipment Expectations Will this be the right step for you? Requirements

  • Desire to learn skills outside of primary job duty
  • Machine operation experience
  • Must have a high level of initiative
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to push or pull heavy loads with the assistance of a wheeled cart, hoist, or other lift assist equipment
  • Experience working with equipment and machines listed

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift operation experience is a plus but not required
