Backed by Seaman Corporation, a trusted name in performance fabrics with a strong reputation for stability and employee growth A company culture where every associate is valued and essential Hands-on experience with specialized manufacturing technology A team-oriented environment with leadership that supports learning and advancement No prior experience required — we’ll train you for success Now Hiring: Full-Time Production Team Members (Second Shift) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. (40 hrs/week; hours may vary) Location: On-site manufacturing role What You’ll Do New team members will work alongside experienced machine operators to learn all aspects of the production process, including: Handling and preparing materials (moving, cutting, inspecting, packing) Supporting machine operation and workflow Learning blueprint reading and gaining the skills needed to operate RF equipment independently Maintaining a safe work environment by following all established safety procedures As your skills grow, so will your opportunities. Employees work as a team to move large/heavy fabric panels. The role involves physical tasks such as bending, standing, working on the floor, handling large/heavy objects, talking, and hearing. Associates will occasionally be required to sit, stoop, kneel, or reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, and color vision. Our manufacturing facilities use equipment that creates Electromagnetic and Radio Frequency Interference, which can cause issues in certain medical devices when in close proximity while in use. Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • HS Diploma/GED required
  • Eligible to work in the United States (We are an E-Verify participant)
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English
  • Basic knowledge of measurements (Knowledge of the metric system a plus!)
  • Strong attendance and reliability
  • Ability to work as a part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred
  • Knowledge of the metric system a plus!

Responsibilities
