At MacLean Power Systems in Mankato, we make iron castings. Our castings are found on trains, semi-trucks, fire trucks, and agricultural equipment. They are also found in hospitals, homes, businesses, and fields. Our castings move, feed, power, and heal the world. As a Production Team Member, you'll play a key role in creating high-quality iron castings. You'll have the opportunity to work in one of two exciting areas: Casting Department: Produce molds and cores, pour molten iron, and perform quality assurance tests to ensure each casting meets our high standards. Finishing Department: Be the final set of eyes on our products! You'll use grinders, de-gating tools, and other equipment to finish castings to customer specifications.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Strong attendance record
  • Ability to work independently
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Willingness to learn and grow

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Forklift certification
  • Knowledge of iron foundry processes

Responsibilities
