About The Position

CodaBow, the world's pioneer in crafting carbon fiber bows for string instruments, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Team Member to join our team. As a Manufacturing Team Member, you will be responsible for assembling, finishing, and inspecting carbon fiber bows with precision and care. This hands-on role requires attention to detail, patience, and a commitment to producing top-tier products. Collaborate with the production team to build high-quality bows Work independently and in teams on molding, lab work, finishing, and operating pattern cutting and C&C machines Adhere to work standards, maintain documentation, and ensure detailed work is done efficiently Report any issues with products, materials, or processes to the Production Supervisor Support data collection efforts and participate in continuous improvement initiatives Attend and participate in daily huddles and company communication meetings Focus on continuous improvement by identifying and sharing wins and opportunities Maintain workstation organization, ensuring all tools and materials are in their proper place and in working order Follow lean manufacturing principles and execute housekeeping tasks regularly This position can be full-time or Part-time and will allow flexibility to create a schedule that works for you during our business hours of 6:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. After successful completion of training, full-time employees may transition to 9-hour shifts Monday to Thursday with a 4-hour shift on Friday. Part-time employees' schedules will be determined based on business needs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Punctuality and dependability
  • Attention to detail and strong multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally

Nice To Haves

  • Previous production experience is a plus, particularly in Pattern Cutting Machine, Molding, or C&C Machine Operation

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the production team to build high-quality bows
  • Work independently and in teams on molding, lab work, finishing, and operating pattern cutting and C&C machines
  • Adhere to work standards, maintain documentation, and ensure detailed work is done efficiently
