Position Summary We’re seeking a Productin Team Member to join our production team on the 2nd shift. In this role, you'll assemble components according to work instructions, ensure quality standards are met, and help keep our operations running smoothly during our weekend AM shift. Shift: Weekend Day Shift Location: Berea, KY Employment Type: Full-Time

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Comfortable working in a team environment with production targets
• Able to read, understand, and follow written instructions and complete reports
• Basic math skills required
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Must be able to frequently bend, lift (up to 40 lbs), and stand for long periods
• Visual acuity (with correction) to read instructions and inspect parts
• Must pass pre-employment assessments and background checks

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in manufacturing or equipment assembly preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly operations by following standard work instructions or verbal guidance
• Use gauges and indicators to check component dimensions and part quality
• Identify and report product or workmanship defects
• Change simple parts and fixtures to support product changeovers
• Record data to support production, quality, and materials tracking
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace using 5S principles
• Comply with ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 quality and environmental standards
• Proactively support continuous improvement efforts
• Communicate equipment or process issues to support staff or leadership
