About The Position

The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking 10 Production Team Members to join us at our facility in Davenport, Iowa. Ideal candidates must be safety and quality oriented and be willing to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, refrigerated environment. This position requires individuals to perform general duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • At least 18-years of age
  • 2-years of continuous prior employment
  • Able to stand for entire 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour Shifts
  • Able to work in a cold/wet environment
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, carry, push, and pull
  • Ability to satisfactorily complete a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and pymetric testing.
  • Must have a valid State-issued photo ID
  • Must have reliable transportation for any possible shift
  • Anyone hired for this position will be required to remove all jewelry, gauges, facial piercings, fake nails, fake eyelashes and nail polish (even clear) before starting employment. This is to ensure the safety of our workforce and our products.
  • Work schedule is 2nd or 3rd Shift. Must have training availability for all shift times.
  • Sunday - Thursday
  • Monday-Friday
  • Tuesday- Saturday

Nice To Haves

  • Prior Manufacturing Experience preferred but not required
  • Forklift experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Processing and handling raw meat including beef, pork, and poultry
  • Must be able to follow directives to ensure quality products while maintaining safety standards.
  • Troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
  • Sanitation work and cleaning within first 2 hours or when necessary during each shift. Sanitation is completed within each job group and done daily multiple times a day.
  • Processing of regulated documentation
