About The Position
Starting at $25.19/hr. on 1st shift and $28.44/hr on 2nd & 3rd Shift! Multiple Shifts Available!!! 1st shift Mon- Thur 5:30am-3:30pm 1st shift Mon- Fri 6:00am-2:00pm 2nd shift Mon-Fri 2:00pm-10:00pm 3rd shift Mon-Fri 10:00pm-6:00am This is a fantastic opportunity to earn next semester’s tuition. The Summer Help - Plant positions are full-time, temporary positions from May through August. Assembly Duties: Perform mechanical and/or electrical assembly including wiring electrical components and assembling commercial laundry equipment. May perform various machine set-ups or adjustment and may operate production machines in the course of working on production process. May provide instruction or work set-up for less experienced production operators. May participate in routine testing or inspection activities as part of an assembly or production process. Must be able to perform a variety of jobs. Warehouse duties: Picking parts out of storage locations and packaging parts into boxes for shipment. You’ll have overtime opportunities to help you to save up all the money you can before you start a new semester!
Requirements
- Positive attitude with ability to function in a team environment
- Flexibility to work overtime as scheduled
- Must be at least 18 years of age by start date
- Standing long period, sitting, manual dexterity, stooping, bending
- Passing a pre-employment physical including a baseline test of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds
- Passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Nice To Haves
- High School diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial
