About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Worker to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, performing quality checks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role is vital in ensuring our manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or production is a plus but not required.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Good physical condition and stamina; able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
