About The Position
We’re hiring Production Team Members to join our cookie manufacturing facility. This role helps support daily production by sorting and packaging cookies, portioning dough, assisting with baking, and keeping the production area clean and organized. This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, works well on a team, and is ready to learn in a fast-paced food production environment. No prior experience is required for entry-level candidates.

Responsibilities
- Sort, inspect, and package cookies
- Help portion dough and support baking production

- Work with the team to meet daily production goals
