We are currently seeking motivated individuals for several positions within our Fort Smith plant. Each role involves frequent and variable lifting, pulling, pushing, and carrying of up to 50 lbs. Candidates must also be willing to take on other related duties as required or assigned. Positions Available: Parts & Receiving: Assemble factory orders, monitor and facilitate flow through fabrication, and locate parts Machine Operator: Set up and operate fabrication equipment, and read blueprints Welder: Weld conveyor parts, set up equipment, and read complex blueprints Painter: Load and unload parts for painting, apply powder coating, and maintain equipment Assembler: Operate and set up conveyors, test assemblies, and improve assembly processes Crater/Shipper: Build and pack crates for shipment, load conveyors, and operate hand and power tools. Material Handler: Pull stock, maintain paperwork, transport parts, and use RF units to track movement

Requirements

6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training is ideal
Basic math proficiency to read instructions, operate machinery properly, and record data
Ability to read a tape measure
High School Diploma or GED required
