About The Position
The Production Team Leader is responsible for assisting and leading team members in achieving objectives related to safety, quality, productivity, training, and team harmony. This role involves mastering all jobs within the team to effectively train and support team members, while also implementing continuous improvement practices through the Georgia Production System (GPS). The Team Leader creates a positive work environment, motivates team members, and serves as a communication link between the team and management.
