The Production Team Lead is responsible for employee safety, product quality, and asset performance while timely delivering the shift/line/area production plan. The leadership of people includes participating in employee onboarding, performance management, and corrective action, and leading by example for others by creating and maintaining a workplace culture that engages and motivates employees at all levels focusing on results to deliver success as measured by key performance metrics.
