About The Position

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Production Team Lead to oversee high-volume lockbox and mailroom operations on 3rd shift. This role is responsible for coordinating workflow across mail receipt, extraction, and image capture functions while ensuring service level agreements, accuracy standards, and production targets are consistently met. This is a hands-on leadership role within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment requiring strong operational oversight, problem-solving capability, and team leadership.

• High school diploma required, Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in lockbox, remittance processing, or mailroom operations
• Experience with OPEX Falcon or similar mail extraction/scanning equipment preferred
• Prior leadership, lead, or supervisory experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize workflow across mailroom, extraction, and scanning operations
• Allocate resources to ensure timely processing and SLA adherence
• Monitor system activity and escalate operational risks or delays
• Complete daily and monthly production and performance reporting
• Troubleshoot processing and equipment issues, including OPEX systems
• Perform quality control checks to ensure compliance with audit and operational standards
• Conduct research and root cause analysis for discrepancies, exceptions, and client inquiries
• Train, coach, and support team members on processes, systems, and performance expectations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
• Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and collaboration
