About The Position

As a member of the Production team, the Team Lead is a critical role within our operation and is responsible for ensuring quality screens are produced, problem solving issues and supporting our production team.

Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders in spoken English, ensuring clarity and understanding.
Participate in meetings, discussions, and presentations requiring proficient spoken English skills.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing valuable insights and feedback in English.
Learn tasks quickly, accuracy driven, personable, team oriented, and punctual with excellence in attendance.
Ability to add, subtract multiply and divide numbers
HS Diploma or GED (required)

Nice To Haves

Previous warehouse experience is a bonus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
Preference will be given to candidates with previous related experience.

Responsibilities

Work with Supervisor on achieving daily goals of safety, quality, delivery, and productivity
Ensure the delivery schedule is being achieved daily, while maintaining the highest quality
Monitor productivity levels for employees to ensure daily metrics are met
Support production team by ensuring they have what they need to be productive
Troubleshoot and resolve issues to move insure completion and quality
