About The Position

TMC is seeking Production Team Leads for a Kitting Project in NW Houston. 1st shift: 6 am - 2:30 pm 2nd shift: 3.00 pm - 11:30 am

Requirements

• At least one year of previous warehouse experience
• Must have previous leadership experience
• Ability to assist with Production Planning and special projects.
• Data entry, reporting, checking or verifying of information, generation of reports and responding to data requests
• Maintain records, compile standard reports, file, tabulate, and performing routine clerical tasks related to manufacturing
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible to work overtime to include 10-12-hour shift and weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Leading a group of production operators as they complete their daily task
• Primarily responsible for meeting production goal
• Prepare written reports and provide notification to manufacturing management
• Able to perform standard Microsoft Windows based PC functions - send emails, use spreadsheets (like excel, google docs), save documents etc.
• Maintain records, compile standard reports, file, tabulate, and performing routine clerical tasks related to manufacturing
• Provide any training that team members need
• Communicate clear instructions to team members
• Listen to team members' feedback
• Manage the flow of day-to-day operations
• Report updates to Supervisor on the team's progress
• Distribute reports to the appropriate personnel
