About The Position

Provide daily direction and scheduling of production Leading and participating in tiered meetings Lead and participate in Kaizen events in the factory Works on problems of unusual complexity under minimal supervision Recommend practices and procedures. Proficient in highly complex processes which are non-routine, non-repetitive, multiple process with limited documentation, difficult rework, etc., of a particular line or product. Provide training to lesser experienced personnel. Use FBS processes daily to promote continuous improvement. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Required minimum of 1-2 years related experience working in manufacturing environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Possession of good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to perform independent project work requiring analytical, planning, and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• Technical Associate's degree or 2 years of equivalent work experience
• Previous Team Lead experience a plus
