About The Position

The production lead is responsible for overseeing the Breast Debone area as well as helping to keep the department flowing efficiently while maintaining quality to a high standard.

Requirements

• High school diploma/general education degree (GED) or manufacturing experience performing similar roles
• Experience or training in area sanitation, food safety, or quality-based experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Department setup and tear down
• Ensure department needs are met during shift
• Communicate well with team members and ensure that their needs are met
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure KPI's are being met
• Monitor quality and food safety standards are being met
• Maintain department efficiencies
• Make decisions about day-to-day operations.
