About The Position
The Production Team Lead is a pivotal role within our operations, primarily responsible for overseeing the loading and outbound delivery of merchandise and other goods to various destinations, including stores and fulfillment centers. This position requires a strong focus on ensuring that all delivery processes are executed efficiently and accurately. The Production Lead will manage a team of associates, which includes supervisors and leads, to maintain high standards of productivity and accuracy in all delivery operations. In this role, the Production Lead will be tasked with monitoring and managing the accuracy of delivery manifests, ensuring that all items are accounted for and that delivery schedules are adhered to. This includes balancing staffing levels to meet production goals and standards, which is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency. The Production Lead will also be responsible for training and mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving set objectives. Attention to detail is essential, as the role involves verifying load volumes and ensuring that all deliveries are executed without discrepancies.
