About The Position

The Production Support role at Post Consumer Brands involves operating and monitoring production equipment in a GMP environment, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The position is critical in supporting the production of iconic cereal brands and requires a commitment to maintaining a clean and efficient work area while performing various tasks related to food safety and quality checks.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Willingness to work any shift, including overtime, and availability 7 days a week.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Physical ability to stand, kneel, climb, and walk for extended periods; capable of repetitive gripping, pinching, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling weights up to 50 pounds; ability to perform repeated twisting, bending, and reaching; exposure to hot and/or humid environments, working on ladders and in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment in a GMP environment.
• Record production data for quality checks, waste measurement, and production efficiency evaluation.
• Complete job duties efficiently while adhering to safety, food safety, quality, and environmental practices.
• Maintain a clean work area and perform sanitation tasks for production equipment according to GMP and food safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
