About The Position

The Production Support employee will work on a variety of manufacturing tasks in the production of hose, belt, and ducting products, which may include operation of equipment, handling of raw materials, following build instructions, and movement of product. This position will report to the Production Supervisor.

This position's assigned shift is 4am to 12:30pm Monday thru Friday and pays $16.95 to start and $18.65 after 90 days. Potential of mandatory overtime during the weekdays and Saturday.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with production reporting, computers and documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow our corporate policies of Safety, Quality and Productivity.
• Employ established set-up and Standard Operating Procedures for machines, tooling, gauging and other necessary equipment.
• Employ basic math skills of addition, subtraction, and multiplication to report production.
• Provide accurate production reporting.
• Maintain work areas in a clean and orderly condition.
• Maintain reliable attendance record.
