About The Position

WHAT YOU WILL DO Monitor quality and report issues promptly while correctly packaging, racking, or prepping materials to meet customer specifications. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area for efficient operations. Use supplies efficiently and notify appropriate personnel when inventory is low. Load/unload materials safely at line speed, prep surfaces for finishing, and ensure proper adhesion through cleaning tasks. Operate hand tools like sanders and blow-off guns while adhering to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements. Perform additional tasks as assigned to support department operations. Requirements
- Knowledge of production operations and experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to read, count, perform simple math equations and accurately measure is required.
- Previous experience with small hand tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a team or independently.
- Previous work experience on paint line.
