About The Position
We are seeking an L3 Production Services Lead who can work independently and drive the resolution of complex issues. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills to determine the root cause of technical issues and will be able to think broadly about technical problems, correlating current conditions, historical trends, and general incident triage techniques to pinpoint technical issues. A firm grasp of day-to-day use of Linux is essential, along with experience in writing SQL to query data. Previous experience with application performance monitoring tools such as Introscope, AppDynamics, or Dynatrace is required. The candidate must also be able to create and modify utility scripts written in Bash, Powershell, etc., and have experience with Splunk or another log aggregation tool. Analyzing root causes for complex technical incidents is a key responsibility, and the ability to analyze Java heap and thread dumps is strongly preferred.
