About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Production Support Technician to support day-to-day manufacturing operations. This role will be responsible for technical support, equipment maintenance and production line readiness to help ensure smooth and continuous operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Familiarity with AXI (Automated X-ray Inspection) equipment or similar inspection tools is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset.
• Electronics repair experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow standard procedures and safety protocols.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be Bi-lingual (English, Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Provide training and support for laptop usage related to production systems and tools.
• Maintain and perform basic troubleshooting on AXI (Automated X-ray Inspection) equipment.
• Set up and configure production stations according to established work instructions and process requirements.
• Troubleshooting electronic systems.
• Repair, diagnose, and test of electronics.
• Respond to production line downtime issues; assist in diagnosing and resolving equipment or setup-related problems to minimize disruptions.
