About The Position

Requirements

• Proven problem-solving skills.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Team player who can build positive working relationships.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with leading teams and continuous improvement events are preferred, but not required.
• Experience working in a cleanroom manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide line support for the production line and act as the next level of escalation after the Team Coordinator for manufacturing issues related to maintenance and process quality.
• Work closely with the Process Engineer and Maintenance Engineers to respond to machine alarm errors, malfunctions, and stoppages.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to resolve process issues that impede production.
• Interact with a Team Coordinator, the subject matter expert on the assembly line.
• Utilize advanced quality tools for troubleshooting and related manufacturing support.
