Requirements

  • 1+ year of forklift operation experience (certification preferred).
  • 2+ years of warehouse or materials handling experience in a production or distribution environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to work under general supervision and follow standard work procedures.
  • On-site role with physical activity required, including lifting and operating warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Process and transport materials and parts to/from storage, production lines, and staging areas in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor and update work-in-process (WIP) status to ensure visibility across production teams.
  • Use automated systems and manual tracking to report part/material availability and movement status.
  • Identify and resolve part discrepancies or material issues within defined procedures.
  • Collaborate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to set priorities, expedite parts, and prevent delays in the production schedule.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Follow all safety protocols and quality standards during material handling and inventory movements.
