About The Position

The purpose of this position is to support the production line to ensure workflow continues and avoids any line down time.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Some High School education acceptable.
• Able to work safely and efficiently.
• Understanding of mechanical concepts and applications.
• Professional oral and written interpersonal communications.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift, Receiving, and Computer knowledge a plus but not required.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transporting part to and from production line.
• Stack & unstack materials.
• Loading/unloading trucks.
• General housekeeping of work area.
• Performs other duties as directed.
• Responding to radio calls.
• Managing inventory levels of fixtures.
• Working as a team player to ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow OSHA guidelines and MPW safety standards
• Ability to follow directions as provided by supervisor.
• Reports any and all issues to the supervisor immediately
• Demonstrates a considerate, friendly, and constructive attitude toward fellow employees and the customer (HONDA).
