About The Position
This role will be responsible for managing the production systems including Trading, Post-Trade, PnL and Equity Volatility applications. Candidates will also be responsible for software deployment and managing the production environment & there will also be project work for the applications they support, working with global development teams, QA team, Infrastructure Technology and the Portfolio Managers. The key strategy for production engineering support team revolves around automation tools to allow management of a larger enterprise footprint. The team uses a combination of in-house and industry-standard tools for configuration and application deployment solutions. The team provides significant value-add during the release process, and ensure quality software delivered in a timely manner.
