A production support engineer is a Verizon Subject Matter Expert in multiple areas who communicates process changes, assists with new product rollouts, and assists users with resolving issues. The Verizon Production Support Engineer - Test and Install/Activations will be familiar with all aspects of the Service Delivery process that involved testing and activation with the customer. A good working knowledge of Verizon Business systems is required which includes, but is not limited to: Canvas, BGW, F&E, VDDS, SNM, TCOMS, NMT, CoA, Porch, IEN.
