About The Position

As Production support engineer , you will make an impact by implementing your experience with ITIL process and Java with any frontend technology (ReactJS, AngularJS, Vue, etc) to meet business requirements. You will be a valued member of the Engineering team and work collaboratively with architects, DevOps engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality, secure, and efficient solutions. In this role, you will: · A Production Support Engineer ensures smooth operations of live systems by monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues, acting as a bridge between users, development, and operations teams, focusing on stability, performance, and continuous improvement through root cause analysis, automation, and documentation to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in IT support, customer service, or technical support
  • Experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
  • Proficient in Java and any frontend technologies (ReactJS / Angular JS / Vue), SQL, Scripting (Python, PowerShell), AWS
  • Software/Applications: Support tools (ServiceNow, Jira)
