About The Position

To help support our daily production operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and contributing to a team that produces high-quality safety apparel used across critical industries.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of office administration/inventory management experience.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly based on production needs
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Self-starter with proactive thinking
• Comfortable using computers and basic systems
• Strong teamwork and commitment to shared goals
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
• Frequent walking throughout the shift.
• Ability to move materials and carts as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in Spanish, Cantonese, or Chinese is preferred

Responsibilities

• Move production bundles, carts, and materials throughout the facility.
• Support production teams and supervisors with daily operational needs.
• Assist with material handling, labeling, and organization.
• Verify accuracy of components, labels, and production information.
• Review shop orders and tech packs when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
• Use basic computer systems for tracking or verification tasks.
• Assist with additional duties to support business needs.
