The base pay rate for this position is $85,000- $120,000 USD. This pay rate represents mthree's good faith and reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role at the time of posting and based on the locations listed in the job advertisement. It is anticipated that qualified candidates selected for a placement will receive this pay rate as a starting salary once onsite with the mthree client, however, the ultimate salary offered for this role may be higher or lower and will be set based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. The Company will not sponsor applicants for work visas.

Requirements

  • Hands on experience with UNIX, SQL to assist with troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Automation Related activities using scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Perl, Ruby
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and willingness to take ownership
  • Problem solving mindset and solution enabler
  • Great Problem trouble shooting skills
  • Familiar with Financial Products like Equity and Fixed Income, Securities, different type of risks in an investment bank, Trade flow

Responsibilities

  • Respond to internal users and external client issues, escalate issues and own until resolution is provided
  • Join calls with external clients to provide technical information relating to file delivery, encryption set-up, entitlement needs, etc.
  • Monitor, resolve system errors, disruptions. Document resolution. Liaise with upstream data providers to resolve issues. Respond to and solve inquiries and operations requested by users.
  • Document, Review, handling and resolution steps for support scenarios.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues across the multiple teams and applications
  • Participate in outage calls and communicate impact to internal users, external clients and Sr Mgmt
  • You will identify and drive opportunities to improve user and client self-service.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and periodic conference calls with other specialists from other time zones.
