About The Position

The Production Support Analyst will act as a liaison among client team, shared services, and development teams to ensure successful maintenance releases. The Production Support Analyst will complete code review, code analysis to determine root cause, hands-on development, performance monitoring, defect triage.

Requirements

• Java/J2EE
• Weblogic
• Oracle Database

Responsibilities

• Technical resource who will be responsible for day-to-day monitoring of system performance
• Triaging production issues and conducting root cause analysis
• Work with the client to prioritize enhancements and defects for release planning
• Gather requirements and communicate with the development team to ensure all requirements are met
• Support the client QA team as needed
• Ensure all reporting and documentation are delivered in a timely manner, and that all phases of the SDLC process are on track
