About The Position

The Production Support Analyst will play a critical role in the financial industry by addressing production issues related to consumer data products. This position involves consulting on complex technology initiatives, performing root cause analysis, and utilizing various tools to ensure system stability and improve platform performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Systems Data or Business Systems Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
• Hands-on experience with: Hadoop, Teradata, Autosys, Hive, Splunk
• Experience with performing root cause analysis and resolving production issues
• Strong technical and analytical skills to drive improvements in system performance and monitoring

Responsibilities

• Consult on complex, large-scale Technology Business Systems Consulting initiatives with broad organizational impact
• Analyze and resolve multi-faceted, larger-scale challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles and unprecedented issues
• Serve as a Production Support Analyst to respond to production issues related to consumer data products
• Perform root cause analysis on Hadoop- and Teradata-based enterprise data lakes to resolve technical issues and ensure system stability
• Utilize tools such as Autosys, Hive, and Splunk for data analysis and incident monitoring
• Contribute to tactical projects focused on improving platform performance and enhancing monitoring capabilities to prevent potential incidents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technology challenges and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
