About The Position
As a Production Support Analyst at Deutsche Bank, you will be part of the production services team within the Trade Finance and Lending domain. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support for applications and platforms, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure maximum application availability. You will also engage in initiatives to automate processes and improve monitoring, while participating in incident and change management meetings.
