We're looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team and drive efficiency, quality, and teamwork on the production floor.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of production employees to meet and exceed daily production goals
- Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in all manufacturing processes
- Monitor workflow, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements
- Maintain production schedules and ensure deadlines are met
- Enforce company policies and safety regulations
Requirements
- 1-3 years of manufacturing supervisory experience
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
- Strong focus on quality control and problem-solving
- Drive to meet and exceed production targets
- Experience with compaction, sintering, secondary operations, and quality standards
- Familiarity with production processes, equipment, and safety standards
