About The Position
As a Production Supervisor you will lead a team of skilled and semi-skilled workers in various aspects of processing, maintenance, and warehousing functions for the STERIS Applied Sterilization Technologies (AST) plant location in Coon Rapids, Minnesota. In this role you will be responsible for the selection, training, and work direction for your team, and employ key company processes to effectively achieve results. The Production Supervisor will positively influence employee engagement and maintain a positive work culture and employee relations environment. You will supervise production for Shift A: Hours are 6 PM to 6 AM Sunday to Tuesday and Wednesday 6 PM to Midnight. Then enjoy a long weekend with 3 1/2 days off starting Wednesday afternoon and all-day Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
