About The Position

The Production Supervisor at Dart Container is responsible for leading a team in a fast-paced production environment, focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency. This role involves mentoring staff, managing workflows, and ensuring production goals are met while fostering a collaborative and motivated workplace culture.

Requirements

• Two (2) years of supervisory experience required with demonstrated strong leadership and management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) years of experience in a production environment.
• Ability to display strong interpersonal skills, be accessible and approachable.
• Ability to utilize and train employees on technology, processes, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team, promoting safety and continuous improvement while ensuring top-notch product quality.
• Schedule production priorities, coordinate staff, and manage workflows to hit production goals on time.
• Foster a collaborative environment where employees are motivated and committed to achieving excellence.
• Track and analyze KPIs, adjust strategies as needed, and generate reports for site management.
• Inspect product and sign quality control check sheets as required per quality standards/procedures.
