As a Production Supervisor (Nights) in our Chester, NY location you will lead a team of skilled and semi-skilled workers in various aspects of processing, maintenance, and warehousing functions for the STERIS Applied Sterilization Technologies (AST) plant. In this role you will be responsible for the selection, training, and work direction for your team, and employ key company processes to effectively achieve results. The Production Supervisor will positively influence employee engagement and maintain a positive work culture and employee relations environment. Night Shift: Hours are 6pm to 6am Monday and Tuesday; 6pm to 12am Wednesdays, and 6pm to 6am every other Saturday and Sunday.
