The position involves leading production employees to perform proficiently, providing motivation through personal example and interpersonal skills. The role requires ensuring that employees follow all safety and operating procedures, as well as recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team. Additionally, the position entails maintaining compliance with all Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations that affect Market Center operations and safety, while promoting safety policies and awareness. If the facility is unionized, the role includes assisting in developing an effective management/labor relationship. The supervisor will also evaluate and provide performance feedback to ensure all company standards are met.
