About The Position
The Production Supervisor at Ellwood National Forge is responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, providing leadership to team members, managing production work centers, and ensuring quality and continuous improvement. This position is primarily based in Irvine, with potential assignments at the Irvine, Warren, and Corry plants. The Supervisor will oversee product flow to meet production schedules and ensure on-time delivery to customers. They will also handle employment-related matters and enforce safety regulations as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
