Requirements

  • Prove leadership capability grounded in aggregates operations, with a strong focus on developing high performing, safety driven teams.
  • Skilled in evaluating production priorities across quarry, plant and logistics functions to make sound, timely operational decisions.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety excellence, regulatory compliance, and proactive risk mitigation in high hazard environments.
  • Effective communicator who collaborates seamlessly with equipment operators, maintenance tams, quality control, and management to ensure alignment and operational continuity.
  • Solutions oriented mindset with the ability to identify bottlenecks, optimize production processes, and drive continuous improvement across the operation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily aggregate production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
  • Coordinate and guide team members to meet production goals and quality standards.
  • Monitor equipment performance and support timely maintenance and repair activities.
  • Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and team accountability.
