As a Production Supervisor, you will: Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse production team through coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations. Create work schedules, assign tasks, and adjust resources to meet production demands. Monitor workflow and collaborate across departments to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Ensure on-time delivery of products, with a focus on quality and customer requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and 5S principles. Champion workplace safety, compliance, and employee well-being. Maintain accurate documentation, manage inventory, and use ERP/MRP systems to track progress and resources.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of supervisory experience in industrial sewing, assembly, or a similar manufacturing environment.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Proven ability to inspire, guide, and manage a diverse workforce.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, ISO standards (VDA knowledge a plus), and 2+ years of experience using production planning systems (ERP/MRP).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a track record of improving processes and resolving challenges.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster collaboration across teams.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet in a manufacturing/warehouse setting.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Forklift certification or experience (training provided if needed).
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills to support a diverse workforce.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
