Production Supervisor
About The Position
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Lead daily operations of aggregate production to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality. Monitor and optimize equipment performance and production output. Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and ensure reliability. Support and develop team members through coaching and training. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
