About The Position

The Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift Paint department plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the production line. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of production processes.
Additionally, the ability to work overtime may be necessary during peak production periods, ensuring that all deadlines are met.

Experience with paint production processes.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.
