About The Position

Parallel Employment is seeking a talented and motivated Production Supervisor to join our client’s team in the manufacturing sector in Fort Atkinson, WI. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual who is passionate about production processes, team leadership, and quality assurance. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing production operations, ensuring that all activities are aligned with company standards and objectives. Shift: 2nd shift 3pm-12:30am Wage: $18.00-$20.00/doe Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in engineering or management is a plus.

Responsibilities

Production supervisor will coordinate the daily activities of the production team to maximize efficiency.
Lead and mentor team members, providing training and support as needed.
Monitor production metrics and implement strategies for improving performance.
Enforce adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and operational guidelines.
Prepare production reports and communicate relevant information to management.
Address and resolve any production issues or conflicts that may arise.
Review employee timecards for accuracy prior to weekly payroll submission.
