About The Position

Spacesaver is looking to expand our Leadership Team! Join us as a Production Supervisor on 2nd Shift! This position will oversee our Shelving Fabrication Lines. The Production Supervisor is responsible for the operational performance of the production area assigned which includes but is not limited to: safety incident rate, cost of quality as a percentage of sales, quality no-charge expedited order percentage, on-time delivery percentage, labor as a percentage of sales and value added per labor hour, which are the inputs to the budgeted operating profit percentage. Financial responsibilities include operating expenses as a percentage of sales and operating profit as a percentage of sales.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years in a leadership role, combined with a minimum of 5 years manufacturing experience.
• Associate Degree in Production Management or related field or equivalent experience.
• Good understanding of ISO 9001-2015.
• The ability to effectively lead and coach employees.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• A goal-driven self-starter
