About The Position
We are currently searching for an individual to be a production leader, in the position of 2nd Shift Production Supervisor . The ideal candidate will possess the following: Demonstrated communication team building skills 3+ years leadership/supervision experience in a production environment Able to oversee production areas and coordinate work assignments Aptitude to train and develop employees Lean manufacturing experience is strongly desired Experienced in employee performance assessments Multitask orientated and excellent problem-solving capabilities Self-directed and results oriented individual Supervisor must be able to make decisions relating to acceptableness of production and production processes and is able to make quick decision relating to daily production runs. This job requires a pro-active person with a strong work ethic who can be depended upon to work independently.
