About The Position

As a Production Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading production teams, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and driving operational efficiency. You'll play a key role in developing talent, managing performance, and collaborating across departments to meet production goals.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education preferred).
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
Strong communication, team-building, and motivational skills.
Ability to read, write, interpret documents, and solve problems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
Understanding of food safety regulations and manufacturing processes.
Willingness to work across shifts and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

Supervise all production personnel and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
Monitor processes and equipment to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Organize and adjust work schedules to meet production demands.
Conduct performance reviews and coach team members for growth.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance operations and resolve issues.
Maintain accurate production documentation and ensure food safety compliance.
Participate in facility metrics reporting and support Wis-Pak's strategic goals.
Enforce safety protocols and respond to incidents with appropriate follow-up.
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees.
