About The Position

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to become an important part of our team! You would be responsible for management of the retail stores back room and areas needed in the Store Managers absence.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED preferred, but not required
• At least two (2) years prior experience in retail or warehouse setting preferred.
• Must be able to achieve forklift certification and be trained as a forklift trainer.

Responsibilities

• In absence of supervisor, responsible for directing and coordinating staff to achieve daily production goals and follow all policies and procedures
• Assist in achieving or exceeding budgeted sales goals monthly/annually
• Assist in training, supervising, and scheduling back and store personnel, including specialized training with backroom employees on donations, pricing, hanging/quality, etc.
• Ensures adequate inventory of textiles, wares, shoes, supplies, etc. are available for the sales floor.
• Inspects merchandise to ensure it is correctly priced
• Ensures backroom employees meet production goals
